### Terms and Conditions of Entry for Mulloway Art Gallery Facebook Giveaway

#### 1. **Promoter**

This giveaway is organized by Mulloway Art Gallery, available online at [www.mulloway.art](https://www.mulloway.art).

#### 2. **Eligibility**

- The giveaway is open to all individuals who have an active Facebook account.

- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

- Employees of Mulloway Art Gallery and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

#### 3. **How to Enter**

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

- Comment on the official giveaway post on our Facebook page with the following:

- The name of the artwork they would like to receive as a Premium Matte Poster.

- The name of the artist or photographer of the selected artwork.

- A brief explanation of why they chose that particular artwork.

- Following our Facebook page at [https://www.facebook.com/mullowayart](https://www.facebook.com/mullowayart) is encouraged but not mandatory for entry.

#### 4. **Entry Period**

- The competition begins on Monday September 16th, 2024, at 12:00 AM (midnight) and ends on Sunday September 22nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM (local time).

- Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

#### 5. **Winner Selection and Notification**

- One winner will be chosen based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their comment.

- The winner will be selected by Mulloway Art Gallery's team and will be announced on our Facebook page within 48 hours after the end of the giveaway period.

- The winner will be notified via a reply to their comment on the giveaway post and may also be contacted via direct message on Facebook.

#### 6. **Prize**

- The prize is one (1) Premium Matte Poster of the chosen artwork from our gallery, free of charge.

- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

#### 7. **Delivery**

- Mulloway Art Gallery will arrange for the prize to be shipped to the winner at no cost.

- The winner must provide a valid delivery address upon notification of their win.

#### 8. **Publicity**

- By entering the giveaway, participants consent to their name and comment being used by Mulloway Art Gallery for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, including social media and other online platforms.

#### 9. **Data Privacy**
